Jim is a partner in J & J Tack Shack and Schalamar Creek Stables. J & J Tack Shack specializes in a full line of english & western saddles, tack, equestrian apparel, horse, pet & stable supplies, horse feed & livestock feed, hay & shavings, and pet food & supplies. Schalamar Creek Stables is Lakeland’s premier horse boarding stable. For over 10 years it has offered horse boarding at its finest. It is located inside of the gated community of Schalamar Creek Golf and Country Club off US Hwy 92 in Lakeland, Fl.

Jim has owned and lived in building B, unit 1 since the year 2000.

Artie made a career owning AAMCO franchises. In 1969, he opened his Lakeland facility. After that, he opened a facility in Winter Haven in 1976 and another in Bartow in 1980. He sold the Bartow facility in 1986 and the Winter Haven facility in 1987. In 1998, Artie sold the Lakeland facility and retired.

Artie has owned building B, unit 2 since October of 2007. Before that, he leased his unit from Doug McKeel.

Michele has worked for Lakeland Properties and Management, Inc. for approximately 30 years as a property manager. She has been a licensed real estate professional since 1987 and currently has a brokers license. Additionally, she has held a Community Association Manager's (LINK) license since 1993.
